We’re writing to let you know that Pixafusion Marketing Agency Ltd customers will soon be transferred to PXA Marketing Ltd. This change reflects our integration with Orbit X, which began back in 2023.  

What happens next?

From 16 January 2025, your agreement with Pixafusion Marketing Agency Ltd will be transferred to PXA Marketing Ltd (Company Number: 15885252). The PXA brand and website will replace Pixafusion, but there will be no change to how you manage services with PXA.

What’s staying the same?

PXA Marketing Ltd still employ the same fabulous team who manage your accounts. So, there will be no immediate changes to:

  • How you send briefs to your account managers
  • How you get updates and feedback from the team
  • How you are invoiced
  • Any arrangements for additional support you have in place

Absolutely! Your favourite products and services are here to stay. We’re just giving them a fabulous upgrade, adding a few cool extras, and wrapping them up in a brand-new package.

It’s business as usual! Your account, orders, and all other essentials are safe and sound, just under our fresh new name. No hoops to jump through, we promise.
Nope! Sit back and relax. We’ve got everything covered on our end. If we ever do need anything from you, we’ll reach out with easy-peasy instructions.
Not if we can help it! We’ve lined up everything to ensure it’s smooth sailing for you. If any minor hiccups happens, we’ll let you know faster than you can say, “New brand, who’s this?”

You bet! The old products and accounts you’ve loved are still fully functional. Consider them our “vintage collection” – they might have our former brand logo, but they’re still 100% supported.
Don’t worry – those aren’t going anywhere! All your discounts are safe and sound, applied to your account.
